We are excited to announce that the Wang Laboratory has been awarded a pilot grant from the Chordoma Foundation to develop a novel RNA-targeted small molecule therapeutic strategy for chordoma, a rare and locally destructive bone cancer driven by the transcription factor TBXT (Brachyury). This project leverages our laboratory’s expertise in RNA structural biology and NMR-based fragment screening to explore a new intervention axis for this difficult-to-treat malignancy.
We are grateful to the Chordoma Foundation for their support and look forward to contributing to the growing effort to bring effective therapies to chordoma patients.
