Dr. Yaqiang Wang shared recent findings from our lab at the 31st International Conference on Magnetic Resonance in Biological Systems (ICMRBS), focusing on “Characterizing the Dynamic U·U Mismatch in Myotonic Dystrophy RNA as a Small Molecule Target.” The presentation described our efforts to understand the structural dynamics of the U·U mismatch in CUG repeat RNA and explore how this dynamic RNA element can be exploited for small-molecule recognition and therapeutic development.
It was a great opportunity to share our work with the broader NMR community and receive valuable feedback.
