Dr. Wang Presents and Joins Panel at the 8th RNA-Targeted Drug Discovery & Development Summit

Dr. Yaqiang Wang participated as an invited speaker at the 8th RNA-Targeted Drug Discovery & Development Summit, held December 2–4, 2025, in Boston, MA. The summit brought together scientists from academia and industry to discuss advances in RNA-targeted small-molecule drug discovery and development.

Dr. Wang served as a workshop leader for “Visualizing RNA Structure & Linking It to Function to More Reliably Discover Functional Binders.” The workshop focused on emerging experimental and computational approaches—including NMR, cryo-EM, and in silico modeling—to characterize RNA structure, dynamics, and RNA–ligand interactions for drug discovery. He led the workshop alongside experts from Veritas In Silico, the New York Structural Biology Center, and Atomic AI.

Dr. Wang also joined a panel discussion, “Selecting RNA Targets with Confidence to Maximize Therapeutic Impact & Enable Small Molecule Intervention,” discussing RNA target validation, structural features associated with RNA druggability, and strategies for selecting RNA targets for small-molecule intervention.
